I’m a licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and teens who have ongoing challenges with depression and anxiety. My goal is to help you stop dwelling on negative thoughts and start encouraging you to see healing and transformation.

People who know me often say that I am a good listener who can be fully present for people’s stories, even if they are difficult stories. Sessions will provide you with the space to focus on yourself without feeling selfish. It’s important to me to provide a non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and stay open to any feedback and questions you may have. There isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to Therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.
I received a bachelor of science in Psychology and Sociology at Tulane University. I later went on to receive a Masters in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles and hold a license in Clinical Social Work from the state of California. I have extensive experience working in the adoption field with both adoptive families and birth parents. In addition to being a therapist, I work as a school counselor at a private independent school.
